3. The hardness of the coating can reach 6-7H. It is wear-resistant, acid-alkali-resistant, corrosion-resistant, salt spray-resistant and aging-resistant. It can be used in outdoor or high humidity and heat conditions.

 

4. The bonding strength between coating and substrate is greater than 4 MPa.

 

5. The nano-inorganic composite coating has good electrical insulation performance, and the insulation resistance is greater than 200M.

Deficiencies of enameled water tank

 

When using enamel inner liner as inner liner of pressure water tank, enamel inner liner is made of carbon steel plate and ceramic powder, which is sintered at high temperature to form a compact glaze layer on the surface of water tank. However, the glaze layer itself has fragile characteristics. In the process of production and installation, slight carelessness will cause damage to the glaze layer and make it explode or de-porcelain. At this time, the water will be filled with enamel. Chloride ion, calcification and so on are easy to cause chemical corrosion of carbon steel, while exposed carbon steel weld parts are easy to cause ionization corrosion, so that the water quality and the life of the water tank itself will be seriously affected.

 

Deficiencies of stainless steel water tank

 

Stainless steel water tank is prone to leak because of the chromium-poor zone formed in the weld for a long time in hot water. In addition, the destruction of local purified membrane caused by high chloride ion concentration in water leads to faster local electrochemical corrosion. Therefore, stainless steel water tank is not suitable for long-term use.
